In 1984, António Marcela started working in real estate, but it was in 1995 that he decided to open Marcela Properties, a local real estate agency specializing in the Algarve market. With success, Marcela Properties has been growing over the years, bringing a portfolio of more than 400 properties ranging from land to luxury homes. All this converged to create Marcela Premium, a local agency specialized in the luxury market in the Algarve .

This segmentation was developed by the real estate agent, Ruben Marcela, who together with his team, allied strategies to meet the demand of the high market. The luxury market has been growing in the Algarve and benefits from the unique qualities that this area tends to offer.
